A DIGITAL GAIT LAB ON YOUR PHONE

GaitKeeperGo — a gait lab on your phone.

Standardised mobility tests in two minutes — no mats, no sensors, no network.

Built for clinicians. Run a 4-metre gait speed, Timed Up & Go, or a full MobilityDNA assessment with an iPhone. Results on-device in seconds.

Start free with 20 test credits. €2 per test after that. Cloud add-on €20/month. No contract.

What GaitKeeperGo actually does.

GaitKeeperGo replaces the tape measure and stopwatch with an iPhone. It uses Apple ARKit to lay down a 4-metre walkway on the floor in front of you, and the phone's camera plus on-device AI to time the patient's walk and capture their full body movement.

You get a clinically validated gait speed, an automatic Timed Up & Go, falls-risk classification, and an 8-domain MobilityDNA fingerprint that tracks how a patient's movement pattern changes between visits. Everything runs on the phone. The patient doesn't wear anything. You don't plug anything in.

If you want to keep the data, compare visits, draw on the videos, or pull a frame-by-frame 3D skeleton, switch on the Cloud tier. If you want to build your own analysis, drop into Workbench. You only pay for what you turn on.

Three parts. One walk.

App captures it. Cloud stores and visualises it. Workbench dissects it.

App

A gait lab on your phone.

The iOS app runs everything on the iPhone — ARKit walkway, pose detection, gait speed timing, MobilityDNA, and an offline rule-based clinical narrative. Includes the Dr Gaitor AI assistant for in-app explanations of every metric.

  • 4-metre Gait Speed with falls-risk classification.
  • Timed Up & Go with sit-to-stand and turn phases.
  • MobilityDNA 8-domain fingerprint.
  • Body Map view linking each domain to its anatomical region.
STEADY

Cloud

Your patients, longitudinally.

Switch on Cloud and every test syncs to a private dashboard. Compare a patient's last six visits at a glance. Replay the walk as a 2D skeleton or a 3D MotionBERT-lifted figure. Share access across a clinic with one shared login.

  • Longitudinal review — every patient, every visit, in one chart.
  • 2D + 3D pose viewer for video and skeleton replay.
  • MobilityDNA radar with delta from baseline.
  • Multi-device clinics with a shared Clinic Code and group login.

Workbench

Open the bonnet.

Workbench is the analysis bench for researchers and clinical scientists. Drop into any frame, pick any joint, run angle, velocity, symmetry and energy maths in the browser. Compare two tests on the same time axis. Ask the on-board AI to explain a result.

  • My Analytics — angle, distance, velocity and symmetry, client-side.
  • Multi-Analytics — overlay two tests, normalised to 0–100% gait cycle.
  • Movement Explorer and subject video, side by side.
  • Dr Gaitor RAG — ask a question about a test, get a referenced answer.

Pay only for what you turn on.

No contract. No seats. Cancel any time.

Safety Statement

GaitKeeperGo is a measurement tool.

Not a diagnosis, not a treatment, not a substitute for clinical judgement.

1

Intended use

GaitKeeperGo enables healthcare professionals to capture, quantify and review objective gait speed and mobility metrics using smartphone-based algorithms. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, or automate any clinical decision. All outputs are quantitative measurements for informational purposes only.

  • Final clinical judgement rests entirely with the qualified healthcare professional.
  • Intended for use by trained clinicians within professional healthcare settings for non-diagnostic, non-treatment tasks including gait speed measurement, mobility trend tracking, falls risk indication, and clinical documentation support.
  • Embedded AI Assistant: trained exclusively on measurement methodology and gait assessment procedures. Does not provide medical advice or access patient data.
2

Regulatory classification

EU AI Act Classification: Minimal Risk (Article 50 transparency obligations apply; not high-risk under Annex III).

Provider: Digital Gait Labs. All patient data and system outputs are owned and controlled by the deploying healthcare provider.

Exclusions: Does not diagnose, treat, or recommend treatment for any medical condition. Does not assess clinician performance. Does not access electronic health records unless explicitly integrated by the deployer.

GaitKeeper, MobilityDNA and MobilityMatters are registered trademarks of Digital Gait Labs.

About Digital Gait Labs

Built by clinicians and engineers in Dublin.

Founded in 2019, Digital Gait Labs is an Irish health-technology company turning the smartphone into a clinical measurement instrument. Our mission is simple: make objective, standardised gait analysis available wherever a clinician sees a patient.
